Creatine, without the confusion
CreatineHQ is a UK retailer that sells creatine and nothing else. Every form, every format, from brands we buy through authorised UK channels — put side by side so you can see what you’re actually paying for.
Why this shop exists
Nobody was doing the arithmetic, so I built a shop that does
I’m Aamer. I’ve spent years in ecommerce and product retail, and when I started looking properly at the supplement market, one category stood out as unnecessarily hard to buy from.
Creatine is one of the most studied supplements there is. The products themselves are, for the most part, straightforward. But shopping for it isn’t.
One tub advertises 300g. The next advertises 60 servings. A third looks cheaper until you work out that its serving is 2g rather than 5g. Some are pure creatine monohydrate; some are monohydrate with flavouring; some are blends where creatine is one line on a long ingredients list. Before you can compare two products honestly, you have to do a piece of arithmetic that the labels have quietly left to you.
That’s the whole idea. Not a wider range than everyone else. Not cheaper than everyone else. Just creatine, organised properly, with the numbers shown.
What we stock
Multi-brand, on purpose
Being multi-brand is the point: it means we can put a £12 tub and a £40 tub on the same page and let you decide which suits you, rather than steering you toward the one with the best margin.

The bit nobody else does
Container size tells you almost nothing
Here’s the arithmetic, with round numbers:
| Tub A | Tub B | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | £14.99 | £24.99 |
| Size | 300 g | 1,000 g |
| Creatine per serving | 3 g | 5 g |
| Servings | 100 | 200 |
| Cost per serving | £0.15 | £0.12 |
Tub A looks like the cheap one. Tub B costs 40% less per dose. That gap is invisible on the shelf, and it’s the single most common way people overpay for creatine.
So on every CreatineHQ product page you’ll find, stated plainly and in the same place every time:
- Format — powder, capsule, tablet, gummy, bar, sachet or blend
- Creatine per serving — in grams, not scoops
- Servings per container — the real number, calculated from the stated serving
- Cost per serving — so two products can be compared in one glance
- Ingredients and suitability — flavoured, unflavoured, vegan-friendly, sugar-free
We’re still working through the catalogue as it grows. If you find a listing where a figure is missing or looks wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it — that’s a genuine ask, not a formality.

Where our stock comes from
The question you’re actually asking
Counterfeit and grey-import stock is a real problem in supplements, and it’s the thing most people are quietly worried about when they buy online from a shop they haven’t used before. So, plainly:
We buy through authorised UK distribution
Not marketplaces, not parallel imports, not whatever’s cheapest that week.
Everything ships sealed
Manufacturer’s tamper seal intact, in original packaging, well inside its best-before date.
Stock is held and packed by us in Glasgow
Nothing is drop-shipped from a third party you’ve never heard of, and nothing is sent on from a supplier’s warehouse with our name on the label.
If something isn’t right, a person deals with it
Email us and you’ll get a reply from someone who can actually resolve it, not a ticket number.

Who this is for
Two kinds of customer, neither talked down to
Roughly half our customers know exactly what they want and just need to find it quickly at a fair price. The other half have heard creatine is worth taking and have no idea where to start.
You might be after:
- Plain creatine monohydrate, in the biggest sensible tub, for the lowest cost per serving
- Creapure® specifically, because you want the German-manufactured grade
- Capsules, because measuring powder into a shaker at 6am isn’t happening
- Gummies or chews, because you won’t take anything involving a shaker at all
- A flavoured powder you’ll actually finish the tub of
- A vegan-friendly product
- A small size to try before committing to a kilo

What we won’t do
We’d rather be known for what we don’t do
No invented bestsellers
Nothing is labelled “top selling” or “trending” until real sales data says so.
No permanent fake discounts
If a product shows a saving, it was genuinely that price before.
No seeded reviews
Reviews appear when customers write them. “No reviews yet” is an honest answer.
No health claims we can’t stand behind
Creatine is well studied, and the claims permitted in the UK are specific and limited. We stick to them.
No upselling you to the expensive tub
Cost per serving is on every listing precisely so you can ignore us and do the maths yourself.
Small, and staying focused
Creatine isn’t one category among two hundred here
CreatineHQ is a small independent business registered in the UK. We’re not the biggest supplement retailer and we’re not trying to be one. Creatine is the reason the shop exists, and that focus is what lets us do the comparison work properly.
I’m personally involved in what we stock, how it’s priced and how the site develops. As the range grows we’ll get things wrong occasionally. When we do, tell us, and we’ll put it right without an argument.
Thank you for shopping with a small business.
