Stock your creatine brand with a UK specialist

CreatineHQ is a UK retailer that sells creatine and nothing else. If you manufacture, own or distribute a creatine product and you want it in front of buyers who are specifically shopping this category, this is the page to start from.

Who you would be selling to

A single-category retailer, not a general supplement shop

Creatine is not one category among two hundred here. It is the only thing we sell, which means every visitor to the site is already in market for your product, and your listing is compared against other creatine products rather than buried behind protein and pre-workout.

Our buying criteria

What gets a yes

We are a small buyer and we are deliberately narrow, so it is worth being honest early about what we can and cannot work with. A product stands the best chance if it meets all of the following.

  • UK-compliant labelling — a compliant ingredients list, nutrition declaration, allergen information and a named UK food business operator on pack
  • The creatine dose is disclosed in grams per serving — not hidden inside a proprietary blend
  • Branded ingredients are certifiable — if the pack claims Creapure® or Kre-Alkalyn®, we will want to see the licence or supplier confirmation
  • Batch documentation available on request — certificates of analysis, and third-party testing certification if the pack claims it
  • A trade price list with RRP, stated minimum order quantity, case sizes, lead times and payment terms
  • Authorised supply — you are the brand owner, or an appointed UK distributor able to confirm that in writing
  • Reliable resupply — we would rather list a narrower range we can keep in stock than a wide one we cannot
  • Product imagery and copy we can use, with permission to list the brand on our site and in marketing

Saves us both time

What we cannot list

  • Products where the creatine content per serving is not stated, or is buried in an undisclosed blend
  • Packaging or marketing carrying health claims that are not authorised for use in the UK
  • Parallel-imported, grey-market or non-UK-labelled stock
  • Short-dated clearance stock as a first order
  • Sale-or-return, consignment or listing arrangements where we do not own the stock we sell
  • Products outside the creatine category — we do not stock protein, pre-workout or general sports nutrition, however good the offer

Make the first email count

What to include when you get in touch

If your first email covers these, we can usually give you a straight answer rather than three rounds of questions.

  • Company — registered name, company number, website, and whether you are the brand owner or an appointed distributor
  • Products — the specific SKUs you are proposing, with format, creatine type, creatine grams per serving, servings per container and unit size
  • Commercials — trade price per unit ex-VAT, RRP, MOQ, case size, lead time and payment terms
  • Compliance — a sample label or artwork, the UK food business operator named on pack, and confirmation that batch CoAs are available
  • Supply — where stock is held, typical availability and how quickly you can resupply
  • Assets — a link to product photography, brand guidelines and any certification marks

What a listing looks like

What your brand gets here

We are a young, independent business and we would rather be straight with you about our size than inflate it. What we can offer is focus.

  • A dedicated brand collection page, linked from our brands directory
  • Listings that state creatine per serving, servings per container and cost per serving, so a well-priced product is visibly well priced
  • Inclusion in our category guides, comparison content and email programme
  • A buyer who understands the category and will not ask you to explain the difference between monohydrate and HCl
  • Feedback on how the range actually sells, rather than silence after the first order

What happens next

Our process

  1. You email us with the details above.
  2. We aim to respond to trade enquiries within five working days.
  3. If it looks like a fit, we will ask for samples, a full price list and compliance documentation.
  4. We agree terms, place a first order and build the listings.
  5. We review how the range performs and expand it if the numbers support it.

If we say no, we will tell you why. A no is usually about range overlap or our own cash position rather than the product.

Our commercial position

What we will not sell you

No listing or slotting fees

We do not charge brands to be stocked, and paying us would not get you listed.

No paid placement

Ranking, recommendations and comparison content are not for sale. Products appear where the numbers put them.

No paid or seeded reviews

Reviews appear when customers write them. We will not arrange otherwise for any brand.

No claims we cannot stand behind

We will not repeat a health claim on your packaging that is not authorised for use in the UK, even if it is on the pack.
